Sparking isn’t a quirk — it’s usually one of a few things: metal inside (foil, twist ties, gold-rimmed plates), a worn or damaged wave guide cover, or food residue burning on the interior.

Turn it off immediately and unplug it. Running it again before checking can damage the magnetron or start a fire.

If you don’t see obvious metal or debris, it needs a technician before you use it again.

If you can’t fit your hand flat on top of the load, it’s too full — that’s the simplest test.

Other signs: clothes coming out still dirty, excessive shaking during the spin cycle, or everything twisted into one giant knot by the end.

Smaller loads actually clean better — the drum needs room for water and soap to circulate.

Héctor takes a moment to reflect: how much has really changed since day one, and who gave All Set its very first shot.🧡

Some things stay the same, others grow up along the way.🙌🏼

Once your fridge is in the 37–40°F range, going colder doesn’t add shelf life — it just risks freezing your produce, eggs, and dairy.

Food safety comes from staying consistently in that range, not from cranking the dial as low as it goes.

Check your actual temp with a fridge thermometer — the dial numbers don’t always mean what you think.

An empty ice bin usually comes down to one of three things — and only one of them is a quick DIY check.

Save this before you assume it’s broken. 🧊

Frozen or kinked water line, clogged filter, or a freezer that’s running too warm — check these first.

Every job starts before the doorbell even rings — our technicians show up stocked, not guessing. Right tools, right parts, right the first time.

That’s less time waiting around for you, and fewer repeat visits for us. 🔧

Roughly 15,000 home fires a year involve clothes dryers, and lint is consistently named the #1 cause.

It’s not just what’s stuck in the trap — lint builds up inside the vent line too, where you can’t see it.

Clean the trap after every load, and get the vent line checked once a year.

Most people wait until an appliance completely dies before calling anyone — assuming the worst and jumping straight to shopping for a replacement.

A real diagnosis tells you exactly what’s wrong, and it usually costs a fraction of what people assume a whole new unit would run them.

Sometimes it’s one part. Sometimes it’s nothing at all.
