Here’s a tiny thing you can do when you feel overwhelmed.

Put your hand over your heart.

Close your eyes if you can.

Take a few slow breaths and simply sit there for a moment.

Sometimes we spend so much time looking outside ourselves for comfort or permission to slow down.

Sometimes the first thing we need is simply to stop.

To breathe.

To be still.

To give ourselves a little grace. ❤️

And when you’re ready to gather around the table again, make it beautiful.
