Sound Performance is looking for an experienced service writer with strong knowledge of the JDM market, including Nissan, Toyota and more!

Responsibilities include:
• Service writing and assisting with vehicle operations
• Accounts receivable support
• Answering customer phone calls and emails
• Responding to social media inquiries and customer questions
• Processing and shipping orders
• Managing online orders and customer communications
• General shop and customer support

Experience with JDM vehicles and a performance automotive environment is preferred.
