Quick Tours are available Friday and Saturday during tasting room hours, with no reservations required. Fall classes are also lined up with themes built to help you shake, stir, batch, balance, and build better drinks at home.

Summer plans are filling up.

The Botanicals Banquet: Summer Edition is coming Sunday, July 26 — a four-course summer pairing dinner hosted among the stills with Chef Carmen, Durham Distillery cocktails, candlelight, and a communal table built for gathering.

American Classics is officially sold out, which means cocktail classes are filling fast. If you missed this one, Tiki is next in August.

And at Conniption Bar & Lounge, we’re featuring one of the cult-classic favorites that has been with us since the beginning: The Grand Marnier Slush. Made with Conniption American Dry Gin, Grand Marnier, orange sherbet, orange juice, lemon, and finished with a vanilla wafer.
