Well another Magic the Gathering pre-release is in the rear view mirror. Thank you to all the players who attended and took time to put their magic skills to the test. Avatar the Last Airbender seemed to be a lot of fun based on the number of players and smiles on their faces. Will be drafting this set Friday (Nov 21st) at 6:30 pm.

Well the “ Gusher Crusher 5” CEDH tournament finished late Saturday night with a finish that was not expected. The final four table of Tyler Hebert, Phillip Dickey, Alek Yoder and Sam Henry each struggled to dominate and after a while it looked like either Sam or Alek were going to take it. Every move was super analyzed negotiated and thought out. The struggle was real. After an eternity Sam had an opportunity to go for the win but knew it was risky and could fail. A draw was suggested and agreed upon. Congats to all 4 players for going to the final table. Thanks to all players who came and spent their day with us at Book Stan’. Special Thanks to Michael Nugyen for being our local Judge. Be watching for Gusher Crusher 6 sometime in early 2026.
