Groundfish Forum

Groundfish Forum The Groundfish Forum is a trade association promoting positive changes in groundfishing practices.

The Groundfish Forum currently represents 5
trawl companies that fish for flatfish in waters off Alaska. We take a data-driven approach to innovating new management and harvesting techniques that are sustainable, highly efficient, and modernized. Our goal is to provide a healthy protein source to the world while providing stable family-wage jobs at home. The fish our companies harvest include rock sole, yellowfin sole, flathead sole, Atka mackerel, Pacific Ocean perch and Pacific cod.
