🎉 ONE YEAR! WHAT A RIDE IT’S BEEN! 🎉
October 17 marks one year since Cassandra and I took ownership of Jump Up Bounce Rentals, and what a year it has been!
When we started this journey, we knew there would be plenty to learn, challenges to overcome, and lots of hard work ahead. This first year has been about getting our feet underneath us, learning the ins and outs of the business, figuring out what works, making improvements, and growing together along the way. We’ve learned that hard work pays off, and we’re proud of how far we’ve come.
We’ve added four new rental units, expanded our stand-alone concession rentals, and traveled into new service areas. We’ve had the opportunity to be part of so many special occasions, from end-of-school celebrations and wedding receptions to adoption celebrations, surprise parties, and everything in between. Every event is special to us, and we’re grateful to play even a small part in making those memories happen.
I especially want to recognize Cassandra. She has worked incredibly hard behind the scenes to improve our systems, strengthen how we operate, and keep everything in tip-top shape. We’ve learned a lot about each other’s strengths and weaknesses this year, and one of the best parts of this adventure has been getting to work alongside each other and build something together.
Of course, there have been challenges (Indiana weather, we’re looking at you! 😂), but through it all, we’ve been blessed beyond measure.
To our customers, returning families, schools, churches, organizations, our family, and communities: THANK YOU! We are so incredibly thankful for every booking, referral, recommendation, review, and word of encouragement. One of our favorite things has been reconnecting with so many familiar faces who continue to trust us year after year. Your support means more than you know.
We also know there are far too many people and communities to thank individually, but please know how much we appreciate everyone who has welcomed and supported us along the way.
And now, we’re looking forward to YEAR TWO! 🎈
We have plans for continued growth, new opportunities, and even more education. Safety has always been important to us, and we’re committed to continuing to learn, review our safety protocols, and make sure we’re doing everything we can to provide a safe experience for our customers.
In November, we’ll also be traveling to Orlando for the largest gathering of inflatable amusement operators in the United States. We’re excited to learn, connect with other operators, and bring new ideas back home. Be sure to follow along as we share some of that experience!
