💕This Friday, they're turning the lights pink, spinning the disco ball, and celebrating the one and only Dolly Parton.

💕There's so much to love about Dolly-the music, the wit, the glamour, and all that sparkle. But more than anything, we love her heart. She was generous, she stood up for what she believed in, and she never seemed to lose her sense of humor or joy along the way. She was always completely herself-and somehow made the rest of us feel like we could be, too.

💕Friday night, they're celebrating all of it. They'll have Dolly playing all night, from the songs we know by heart to the one that deserve another spin.

💕Come dressed in your Dolly best, or just come as you are.

Emergency funding needed for
for a kitten that they rescued from a colony. The kitten has been eating and thriving, but had a little abscess on his belly yesterday and was on antibiotics. The abscess burst and his intestines are literally coming out. He is headed down to MarQueen Emergency Vet in Upland. Surgery will be one hour from this posting. They are asking if anyone can help with anything we would really appreciate it. They have no idea what this is gonna cost.

Today we remember Sam Kinison, a fearless, electrifying voice who redefined stand-up with his raw honesty, explosive delivery, and unforgettable presence. Known for rising to fame through iconic appearances on Saturday Night Live and legendary specials, Kinison left a permanent mark on comedy history. What makes this remembrance even more powerful for our community is that his final recorded performance took place right here at The Grove Theater in Downtown Upland, a venue once owned by his brother Bill and sister-in-law Sheri, who carried on his legacy until its sale in 2020. On this day, the 34th anniversary of his tragic passing, we reflect on the loss of a one-of-a-kind talent, taken too soon when he was struck by a drunk driver on a California highway while on his way to a show in Laughlin, Nevada. His voice may have been silenced, but his impact still echoes….loud, unapologetic, and unforgettable.
