Oaks and Sprouts Limited Founded by Tonni and Graham Oberly in 2020 over a shared passion for equity & land stewardship.

Oaks & Sprouts is committed to producing socially and environmentally responsible food and agricultural products as part of the local food and economic system. We use regenerative and natural techniques to grow produce and raise animals in a way that results in nutrient dense food and a healthy balanced ecosystem. We hope to do our part to cultivate an empowering and loving community through good food.

Introducing Duskrootfarm the second of our Oaks & Sprouts Product Partners for our 2nd Street Market booth!

Ash and her family are first generation farmers, learning to grow on an off grid farm in Champaign County. Their focus is growing purple produce rich in anthocyaninand using regenerative practices.

You can find her Adirondack Blue potatoes at our booth which have a rich and nutty flavor with a mild sweetness, and they are more moist and creamy than a Russet potato.

See you at 2nd Street Market this Saturday 9-3, and Sunday 11-3!! Thanks for eating local!
