Our new indoor booth at 2nd Street Market is coming along wonderfully as we build our vision of a local, community driven, and regenerative food system!

🧄🧄 You need to try our fresh picked garlic scapes 🧄🧄available starting this weekend at 2nd Street Market on Saturday and Sunday! We will also be stocking garlic scapes next Wednesday at Teabaggers Coffee, Tea & Wine Cafe and Saint Paris Pharmacy🧄🧄

Garlic scapes are the stem of the garlic plant, we remove them so the garlic bulbs are the growing focus of the plant but we don’t let any go to waste. We highly recommend using our garlic scapes for garlic scape pesto, sautéed with vegetables, or roasted with your favorite protein for garlic flavor!
