Business order updates!

June we started building the Candy shop. That was a long frustrating process. Didn't think I would make it thru that!
September we finally opened. A week later my Dad was in the hospital super sick. I rushed to Minnesota to see him. Putting the shop basically on hold. He is still slowing healing, he's pretty stubborn so there's that! 💙 Got home and found all my candy ruined due to incorrect temperatures. It's been a learning curve. I spent the rest of September redoing candy, learning candy & prepping for a big fall open house in October.
October 8, I broke my ankle. That was NOT fun at all!! I can't help but think GOD told me to slow down and I didn't hear it until I had no other choice. 😬 i went back to my desk job 2 weeks in. But Again the candy shop came to a stop. My tumblers, tshirts & resin all stopped. The fall open house was a no go. Basic chores have been super difficult. And stairs are a nightmare. But I'm finally on the upside of healing! Got the boot off last week, can actually wear both tennis shoes again 9 weeks later!! Yessss!!! Now to get back to life!! Oh how I miss the "side gigs!" I've worked so hard building both businesses. And I hate not meeting deadlines. Currently I have multiple outstanding orders and I can't apologize enough. But I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding!
