A letter from the owner:
The final chapter at accents + interiors has come to a close. Some of you will remember when we started way back in 1990 as "A General Store & More". A few moves later, you, our faithful customers, followed us as we grew and planted roots in Urbandale as accents + interiors.
I have such fond memories of 33 years of filling homes and hearts and closets with furniture and art and accessories and gifts and clothing and so much more.
In our final days, your favorable comments, letters and notes reminded me how grateful I am for all of you supporting me for all these years. It was my pleasure serving you.
As for my loyal employees who have treated accents + interiors as if it were their own store - I am forever grateful to be so blessed with a team of such talent. We have and will continue to keep in touch as we are family.
