Happy fall y’all 🤩 re-posting in time for thanksgiving!

Who says pumpkin flavors have to be for Fall!? I’m personally such a big pumpkin fan that I’ll have it anytime of year, holidays or not!

You can make this one at home, I topped mine with a cream cheese frosting but it tastes just as good with whipped cream!

Homemade Pumpkin cheesecake
2 packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Dash of ground cloves
Dash of nutmeg
2 eggs

You can use a pre-made graham cracker crust or you can crunch up 1 package of graham crackers with 1/2 cup of melted butter and some cinnamon!

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla and spices until well blended.
3. Add eggs and beat until blended(not too much!)
4. Pour into crust
5. Bake around 40 minutes or until the center is almost set- it will continue to set up and bake as it cools!
6. Cool in fridge for around 4 hours!
7. Top with whipped cream and ENJOY!

Hats off to you cowboy ✌️

I’ve found myself struggling to find the work life balance lately, mostly because when I travel to events I love it so much I forget that I’m actually working.

Don’t get me wrong, this business stuff is hard as heck but, I’m gonna keep posting, keep promoting, because I am PROUD of what we have accomplished at Huskey Ranch Co, and where life will take us next 🤟🏼
