LEATHER JACKET REPAIR - Sleeve was dragging forward.

What can we do?
Stitch the lining to the leather cuff to the inner side seam of the jacket. Makes sense?

By stitching the lining to the inner side seam of the jacket, you create a "tack" that locks the lining in place relative to the shell. This tension point prevents the lining from shifting or bunching inside the sleeve, effectively distributing the weight and movement evenly so the leather sleeve maintains its intended shape and position on your arm.

Only the craftsman would know.
