A quick note (and update for some) that Big Mountain Tuning will officially begin moving out of Concert Hall Plaza tomorrow, Tuesday, May 19th. The move is expected to take place from approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Big Mountain Tuning will be moving to Metcalf Commercial Park in Avon where the Vail and Beaver Creek Black Tie Ski & Bike Rentals operation has been since 2012.

We will work as quickly and safely as possible to restore the normal flow of the breezeway and West Lionshead bus stop area while we transition the tuning operation out of CHP and into its next chapter.

Suite 202 at Concert Hall Plaza — ~554 sq ft, right at the West Lionshead bus stop.

Available through April 2027 as CHP transitions toward redevelopment. A rare chance to test, build, or show up in Vail without a long-term commitment.

Times are a changin’ over here.

As we start to plan for the transition out of Concert Hall Plaza, we’re opening up our tuning space for a short-term sublease.

~554 sq ft in Lionshead, right at the West Lionshead bus stop, available through April 2027.

Feels like a unique window for someone to step in, test something new, or build a presence in Vail during a moment of change.
