After serving Southern California for 6 years, we relocated to the Bay Area community of Vallejo in 2004. Purchased Barong is not returnable but we are happy to exchange the product unworn, unwashed, free from perfume and cigarette odor with attached original tag and packaging included.We check every single item before shipping but if there is any defect that we missed accept exchanges within 15 d

ays on our cost. DOES BARONG AND FORMAL ALLOW EXCHANGES? It is easy to exchange your item. Please email us at [email protected] with the following details Order #, Date of Purchased, Item Purchased. The item must be unworn, undamaged with the original tags attached and packaging included. Please provide us the item you would like to receive back. The customer pay for all shipping cost regarding exchanges. We allow exchanges within 15 days. We no longer allow exchanges of ANY custom made items. WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING OF EXCHANGES? If there an exchange that can be proven to be the fault of Barong and Formal, the customer pays for the shipping for all transactions. Barong and Formal doesn't keep the shipping fees and are paid to a third-party. Local Pick-up is available at our store.
