These are RISKO'S TANGLE FREE PERCH RIGS. These are the new double bottom design, with upper hook. Good for getting more bait near the perch, when there hugging the bottom. To make them tangle free rigs, just slide the clear tube about 1"-1.5" over snelled hook line, this keeps hooks away from rig.....
