1. Wipe dry.
2.

To clean, wipe the board with warm soapy water after each use, then rinse. As you use your board, treat with food grade mineral oil. This will help prevent stains and cracks. Apply oil with lint free cloth, leave on to dry and absorb into wood.
3. To keep board smooth, gently sand with fine grit (220 or 320 grit) sandpaper.
