RR4WO Family, We Need Your Help
We wanted to take a moment to address a few situations that have occurred recently and ask for your partnership in helping us keep our store safe and welcoming for everyone.
Within a span of approximately 20 minutes, two of our computers unexpectedly stopped working. After the rush had passed, we discovered that the wireless USB receivers ("dongles") for both the keyboard and mouse had been removed. Both computers were fully operational when we opened that morning. Removing these components prevents our staff from serving customers efficiently and disrupts our daily operations.
Following the Back to School release, our play area was temporarily closed. The entrance was clearly marked with a sign, and large items had been placed inside to block access. Unfortunately, we still found children playing in the area despite the closure.
We also had several instances this week where children entered employee-only areas, including behind the front counter, at the float desk, and inside our storage closet. These spaces contain equipment, merchandise, and supplies that are not safe for children.
We absolutely love that so many little ones feel happy and comfortable while visiting RR4WO. Seeing families enjoy our store is one of our favorite parts of what we do. We simply ask that parents and guardians help us by keeping a close eye on their children throughout their visit. Your partnership allows us to provide the safest possible environment for everyone.
Finally, we kindly ask that customers and children not sort through the bins located in front of the float desk. These items have been dropped off for consignment and have not yet been inspected, processed, or priced. If you see something you're interested in, please ask one of our team members. We'd be happy to let you know if it is available or when it may be ready for purchase.
Thank you for your understanding, your kindness, and for helping us keep RR4WO a safe, organized, and enjoyable place for all of our families. We truly appreciate your continued support.
