We've got something for you!!

Friday, July 10 is the FIRST Food Truck Friday at The Carter House Collective.

Grab a plate, stop in for the music, check out the shop, walk down to the river... or just take your food to go!

That's the night we're building, and we want food trucks right in the middle of it. We've got dessert covered, so we're looking for savory and main dishes

Spots are limited and we're booking now. Want July 10?

We will be holding these in a regular cadence, so if you are a food truck interested in getting on the schedule - please reach out!

We are SO excited at the progress we are making. This evening, Josh Rister came down to set up the stage and things are looking GREAT and sounding even better!!

So great in fact, that we are ready to host our first open mic night this Friday 6/12. Instead of hosting a Kangaroo Ridge we will be HERE at The Carter House from 6-8:30.

Same great open mic music night, new and improved venue. Tell your friends!

We will NOT have the vendor space set up and running yet, but you can come take a peek at what we are working on

Today was a good day...

Some of you drove as far as 6 hours to walk this old building with me and see our little river town.

Thank you for seeing my vision and dreaming with me.

I loved getting to meet so many of you in person, hear about what you make and find and collect, and watch your eyes light up as you imagined your space in that beautiful old building... that's my favorite part.

We've still got spots open if you're thinking about it. And if you came by today, comment and say hi so folks can see who's coming on board.

A quick note from us! 🤍

We've been getting so many calls at Kangaroo Ridge Farms, LLC from folks interested in working at The Carter House Collective, and we are honestly so grateful for the enthusiasm. It means a lot that y'all want to be part of what we're building.

We will be staffing The Carter House with our current Kangaroo Ridge team, who we trust and adore.

If and when the time comes that we need to expand, we will absolutely post here on Facebook so everyone has a fair shot at applying.

I'm so excited for what we are curating: boutique clothing, handmade jewelry, graphic tees, rock art, upcycled bottle lamps, and SO much more are on the way.

Want your own space in downtown Vanceburg's newest destination? If you make it, grow it, find it, or curate it, there's still space for you.

We'd love to have you be part of something special right here in downtown Vanceburg.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️

Several FAKE accounts are pretending to be The Carter House Collective to scam people and some folks have ALREADY lost real money. This is NOT us.

Here's how the scam works: they comment on a post with a fake email address asking you to "apply," then "accept" you and ask you to pay for a "spot." 🚩

We will only communicate with you on our official page or via our email, [email protected]. Jenni Kaus is the owner and creator and no one else has authority to sign vendors or take applications.

The ONLY way to apply is the Google Form in the comments below And we will NEVER ask you to PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App a fee to hold a spot or as an application fee.

They use several different names, so don't trust one just because it looks close.

Already paid one of them? Contact PayPal (or whatever you used) and report it as a scam.

Good news though....The Carter House Collective is VERY real and we ARE looking for vendors! 💛

If you've been hoping for a spot, apply for real through the Google Form in the comments.
