Spring has been a full dose of life, school, parenting, and fighting off despair about the state of the world, which tbh has led us away from showing up here on socials lately. We’re still here and continue to delight in holding this open space for you and anyone needing a physical and mental reset using contrast therapy.

The version of you standing here today isn’t the same one who began this year.

You may feel tired, proud, changed — and that’s okay.
The winter solstice marks a turning point.
A pause. A release. A quiet shift into what’s next.
This is a time to reflect on the months that brought growth, joy, connection, and challenge — and to let go of what no longer serves you.

Join us in a simple winter solstice wish-burning ritual, a practice used for generations to bring clarity and intention into the new year.

✨ How it works:
• Set your space
• Write 13 intentions for the year ahead
• Burn (or shred) one each night for twelve nights without looking at which one you chose.
On the final night, keep the last intention as a reminder of what you’re stepping into — with purpose and care.
