It has been a while since our last update. Life has been busy with recovery and trying to find a new normal for our family. We have purchased a wheelchair van and Dad has been getting out more often which is helping his spirits immensely. But we still have a long ways to go. Mom and Dad just shared their 30th wedding anniversary together which would not have happened without all your thoughts and prayers and we are eternally grateful.
Dad is still bed bound and still quite a ways from that really changing but he is motivated and that will be a giant factor in his recovery.
On a positive note the house is finally in the process of being built so they will have a home to come back to soon.
Though on a more serious note we have come to find out that we must have vacate our plot for the store. As of right now it's looking like we might stay closed sadly. If we do move to a new location in the future it does not seem to be any point soon.
I would still like to ask for help with funding due to stress along with high medical bills as we are still paying for the store aswell and dad is needing alot of care and will continue to need care. This all has become quite a hard thing to deal with ontop of all that has been going on.
Again we appreciate you all so much and I will try and be better about updating in the future with the progress of houseing, dads recover aswell as the store. If you could share our story you would be helping immensely.
Thank you!
