It’s officially been almost three months since Minari Market opened its doors, and looking back at where this all started feels incredible 🧡‼️

Seeing these clips now from an empty space and an idea to an actual store filled with customers is something I’ll never take for granted.
I’m incredibly grateful for our community that has supported us, pur amazing staff and team, and simply all that have followed along. Especially to my family and the people around me who believed in this vision and helped me navigate all the things I was learning for the first time. I truly could not have done it alone.

I’m still learning every day, but these first few months have taught me a lot:

• Believe in your vision. No one will understand what you’re trying to create as deeply as you do.
• Consistency matters more than doing everything at once. Even 1% of progress each day adds up, and protecting yourself from burnout matters.
• Take action. You won’t have every answer before you start. Sometimes you have to begin, learn, adjust, and keep building until you feel satisfied.
• Know where to save and where to invest. You can cut costs in certain areas, but when it comes to important equipment, fixtures, and quality work, doing it right is worth it.
• Stay grateful. Through every high and low, never forget the people who helped you get there.

Three months down, and still so much ahead.
