Our friends PAS NORMAL STUDIOS ® are coming to town so we’re spicing things up this week by hosting a Lil Dash. ⚡️

That’s right, folks: it’s a Lil’ Dirt, Lil’ Race, with a Lotta Party. In true Dash fashion we will not be releasing the route until the day of the ride but we gather it will be about 20 miles. Once Lil Dash is done we will celebrate with food, cold beverages, and a special edition shirt for participants. See you on the stoop at 6:00. 🤠

This week we’re excited to kick off the first of our Lil Dirt take overs with . We will be switching it up this week with a run that will feature some of the finest dirt our neighborhood has to offer with plenty of Cadence to keep you fueled along the way. Last month we kicked off Club Sandwich - a monthly run series designed to bring together the LA run community to encourage collaboration across shops, crews, and thought leaders.

The run features a signature format of one all-out meaty mile in between a couple slices of party pace and each month will be hosted by a different partner who shares the series ethos.

Club Sandwich_02 will be on Thursday, September 03 @ 6pm at Renegade Running on Sunset.

Summer might have just started but fall training blocks are kicking off. What better way to get your long run warmup miles in than with us + some coffee?  👌

Join us and our newest run ambassador  for biweekly Friday morning runs as we head west to the water. We’ll take off at 6:45am sharp. Check the route, bring a dog or a friend, and start stacking miles for Chicago, Berlin, CIM, or whatever fall race you’re chasing. 📈
