I often get asked what makes an heirloom an heirloom. The value? How fancy the piece is? How old it is? None of those things are important. WEAR YOUR JEWELRY! The pieces our loved ones remember us wearing, loving, cherishing every day… those are the heirlooms. The pieces of jewelry worn everyday and cherished by their owner. The memories of gifting and receiving and all of the moments attached to the piece. These pieces somehow hold, keep, and cradle the soul of the wearer. When we move on from this life, those are the pieces that remind us, and hold within them the love shared! This is what makes an heirloom. If you have it, wear it and make the memories. ♥️🌊🙏🏼💎
