Our June book club lineup is here! 📚
🐄 In the Margins | Wed, June 10 @ 6:30PM
We’re reading “Yesteryear” by Caro Claire Burke. You’ve seen it, you’ve heard about it, and you might’ve already read it—now we get to talk about it.
🌲Reader’s Roulette | Wed, June 17 @ 6:30PM
This month’s genre is nature, and our pick is “In Trees” by Robert Moor: A philosophical, historical, and scientific journey guided by “tree-thinking.” What can trees teach us about aging, growing, and planting roots?
🛶 Zeitgeist | Tues, June 23 @ 6:30PM
We’re piloting a new club inspired by the German word meaning “the spirit and culture of the times.” For our inaugural meeting, we’re reading “Small Boat” by Vincent Delecroix, based on the true story of a French navy officer who ignored distress calls from migrants drowning in the English Channel.
As always, all are welcome at any meeting, no signup required. Bring a bev, a bud, a snack, and come chat! 🍓🫖👓🤗 Full details at timbrebooks.com
