Hi everyone! I thought it was finally time to introduce myself 👋

I’m Kelsey, the owner and operator of The Ice Barn a mobile bar and shaved ice catering business serving up fun, flavor, and unforgettable experiences for all kinds of events!

From boozy shaved ice and custom cocktails to refreshing mocktails and full mobile bar service, I love bringing something unique and memorable to weddings, parties, festivals, and everything in between. It’s always so great seeing the joy on someone’s face (especially kids) when I hand them an ice-cold treat and they take that first sip or bite and instantly light up.
