ATTENTION! If you have been hearing about that the NFA is gone, it is not. We are still subject to Form 1 and Form 4 submittal in Oregon due to the need to comply with ORS 166.272 (https://oregon.public.law/statutes/ors_166.272) subsection (1) and (3). If you want to remain lawful you will need to have a tax stamp in possession until we can get this ORS changed.

This means the process for Oregonians stays the same until something changes with that statute. If you have any questions regarding NFA items or transfers please contact us at 971-306-4788.

With that said, if you've been on the fence for a suppressor or SBR, I would recommend acting soon as there will likely be shortages as other states that no longer require registry will be panic buying and inventory is likely to get constricted.
