Sunday is my favorite day of the week. I get to pick fresh bouquets for my house and my friends.
My husband and I had a great weekend away in Traverse City. Spent some time at Hotel Indigo where Shorts Brewing Company was having a tap takeover. The view from the rooftop is gorgeous.
Spent most of our time on the water in the West Bay, on the beach, and at the newly renovated Elmwood Township Marina. Truly, my favorite place in the world. Back to reality, and my flowers today. 🌸❤️

 First bouquets are the best bouquets. I love it when the flowers are in full bloom. Especially the hydrangeas they are gorgeous this year. 🌸❤️

The wind knocked over a lot of my peonies today so I just had to pick another bouquet 🌸😁

I love the start of flower season! This is the first arrangement of the season and the beginning of my favorite time of year.

Winter is upon us and it cold but beautiful outside. ❄️🧦

We don’t do much on the flower farm in the winter other than feed the chickens and plow snow.

In the fall, we purchased a small piece of woods just behind our barn and I took a walk through it today. The snow was lightly falling and it was so peaceful.

I’m excited for summer because I just love working with my flowers, but I really enjoyed the peace and stillness today💕🌸
