How it started…how it ended…
the September Shawl Series this week is Morning Walk by Fifty Four Ten Studio. We showed you the skeins but the finish is even better. We have several samples of Morning Walk in the shop and many of our customers have it on repeat. It’s a two-skein, worsted weight pattern that’s interesting yet not overwhelming - just right for on the go or settling in at home. The pattern is available on Ravelry and we would love to help you pick out the perfect yarn.

When it’s supposed to be fall but it’s still 100 degrees, Lang Cotton Tweed is the answer! Look at these amazing colors with flecks to give dimension and interest- but lightweight so it’s perfect for us year-round. Holly has a sweater almost finished!

It’s September and what better time to start a shawl series! These two sweet shawls, Cleared for Takeoff by Cally Monster and Definitely Diagonal Scarf by Kris Basta, are both done in Manos Marla. We love the idea of adding a little fall to your wardrobe without adding anything heavy because hey- it’s still HOT here! This yarn is on sale so come get a skein or two while you can!

Thanks to everyone who came to our Bargain Days Sample and Clearance Sale we have made some room for the fall yarn that’s coming soon! The sale continues this week with a few more additions! Take a look at these photos to see what else we added. Oh, and we made a serious goof- we tagged a bunch of skeins with a red dot and forgot to tell you that the red dot meant the price was only $3- big oops on our part! So we have a table full of $3-$10 skeins plus bagged bargains in the sale area of the shop.
