Customer placed an order last week. Turns out we charged him but never mailed the order. I am sending him his original order plus the same amount of cards at no charge to him. Thanks for giving us the chance to make it right before slamming us on Facebook.
This was his first order with us and I want to make sure that he understands this is not how we do business.
My business philosophy is “give me a chance to make our mistakes right”. I will lose money to make it right.
We appreciate our new customers and ones that have been with us for 25 years.

Hey y’all, Jamie here. I just wanted to thank each of you that have asked about my cancer diagnosis and how I am doing. You guys are the best customers a girl could ask for and I truly appreciate all the encouragement and prayers. My God is so good!🙌. I had my appointment with Dr. Yannuchi, my oncologist yesterday to go over everything and formulate a treatment plan. Long story but short version is I will be on a regimen of chemotherapy oral medication and hormone blockers. I’ve actually been on the hormone medication for 3 weeks now. My labs/bloodwork was all good. There are no other areas where the cancer has spread to except 2 of the lymph nodes. I still have to have a mastectomy due to the tumors in my right breast and will opt for the left removal as a precaution. I will probably have some side effects from the treatment. One I experienced last night for the first time that the hormone medication can cause…..severe leg cramps. Not pleasant but you gotta do what you have to do and trust Him in the journey. Whether it’s good or bad, I’m going to praise Him and continue in faith with His plan. Jimmy continues to do well in his treatment. He had a wonderful appointment with the oncologist 2 weeks ago. 🙌. I am thankful for God’s goodness and so thankful for the prayers and kind words from you all. 😊
