Hey Banana Fam! We know we’ve been quiet for a little bit, but we promise we’ve been busy trying to get you all of the Ana Banana goodness in time for the holidays!

That being said, we have some EXCITING news! We’ve partnered with The Mini Market in downtown Grayslake and you can now get our candles, room sprays, reed diffusers, the ever popular car diffusers, and our NEW Ceramic Scent Diffusing Beads there! We’re super excited about this partnership!

Thank you The Mini Market for welcoming Ana Banana Co into your beautiful store!

The Mini Market will be having their GRAND OPENING this Saturday! Be sure to stop by and check it out! The Mini Market, 31 S. Seymour Ave, Grayslake, IL

At the heart of Ana Banana Co is a desire to give back to the community that supports this little dream of mine.

For October, November, and December, I’ll be donating 10% of my sales to Lutheran Child and Family Services of Illinois (LCFS), helping provide holiday gifts for children in foster care at their annual holiday party.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with LCFS on several occasions over the years, but my favorite was always around the holidays through my work at the toy store. Being part of helping bring that Christmas excitement to children in their care meant so much to me.

While I’m no longer with the toy store and am now pursuing my dream with Ana Banana Co, that desire to help hasn’t changed. This year, I’m grateful to have a new way to contribute—and every purchase helps make that possible.

Your purchase does double the good this quarter: you’re supporting a small business AND helping a child in foster care receive a Christmas present. Thank you for being part of both.

Today is Give Like Dolly Day, and I’ve been thinking about how generosity doesn’t always have to come with a price tag. Dolly’s Imagination Library helps put books in the hands of young children, and today I’m using this little corner of Ana Banana Co to help more families hear about it. If you have a child under five, check whether the program is available in your area. And if you know someone with a little one, please pass it along! Happy Dolly Day Ya’ll!
