Why Shopping Local Looks a Little Different 🌿
Running a family-owned garden center is a labor of love. We take pride in the quality of our plants, and we want every one of them to thrive in your landscape!
To keep our nursery healthy and our prices fair, we do have specific policies regarding returns and warranties. While big-box stores may offer different terms, they operate on a "pay-as-you-sell". As a small business, we invest in and pay for our inventory upfront. This means once a plant leaves our care, we cannot take it back into our inventory to ensure we aren’t introducing outside pests or diseases to our other plants.
We have our policies posted at the checkout counter, printed on every receipt, and often stapled as an extra reminder with your purchase. We do our absolute best to accommodate our customers whenever possible, but we must remain consistent with our policies to be fair to everyone.
