Happy Valentine’s Day, Care Kits fam! 💕 What are your Valentine’s traditions? Here’s mine 👇🏼

My husband and I go to Target, pick out Valentine’s cards for each other, go to a random aisle to exchange them, and then put them back 😂 It’s simple, yet we love it!

Really, when life in general overwhelms you! Taking time to pause and go outside can do wonders for your mental and emotional health.

Mamas, if you’re struggling today, know that you’re not alone. Take a moment to go outside and just breathe. (Even if you have to bundle up! 🥶)

Motherhood is beautiful and challenging. One moment you’re smiling with pride and joy and the next your crying tears of exhaustion and frustration.
