Hey all...
Just wanted to circle back and thank you and Stellar once again.

I finished my Source to Sea of the Mississippi River 16 October, shortly after went on a month-long family/friends vacation in the Midwest, and now finally a little down time to craft an appropriate thank you.

My Mississippi River Source to Sea Paddling Expedition began 14 July and finished 15 October consisting of 94 total days (89 days of paddling and 5 rest days) and 2,200 miles of paddling through 10 states.

A few weeks in I broke my original paddle while paddling across Lake Pepin MN. My sponsor Warrior Expeditions promptly provided a replacement paddle. Unfortunately, the replacement paddle didn’t align with my paddling style…and was creating numbness in both shoulders and extreme pain in left arm. My friend and owner of Virginia Beach Paddle Sports and Stellar Dealer, Chuck Conley, was following my Instagram page (adventure_then_beer) and reached out to see if he could help. Ultimately Stellar agreed to sponsor me with a new and appropriate paddle. I owned a Stellar surf ski SEL and currently own a SEI…my wife has a SR and we both have Stellar paddles so I was pretty stoked to get a Stellar paddle.

After I received the Stellar paddle I had about 1,500 miles remaining of the Mississippi River to paddle and gratefully I was able to paddle with no numbness, no pain, no issues what so ever. Pain mitigation was such a huge concern for me prior to and during the expedition. I can’t give enough praise and credit to Stellar to be part of my team. Stellar's assistance was a huge contributing factor in successfully reaching my goal of paddling, pulling, or portaging the entire length of the Mississippi River.
