Meet the Team!

For our 2nd employee spotlight, we're heading down to the Outer Banks to introduce Todd. After nearly 3 decades with Great Atlantic, there's not much he doesn't know about hot tubs, swim spas, or taking care of customers.

But what makes Todd special isn't just his experience - it's the relationships he's built along the way. For 28 years, he's been helping families find the right spa for their home, answering questions, sharing his knowledge, and making sure our Outer Banks customers receive the same great experience that Great Atlantic is known for.

Next time you're in OBX, stop by and say hello to Todd!

Your spa deserves the real thing.💧

Counterfeit replacement cartridges sold through unauthorized sellers do not meet the quality, performance, and safety standards you've come to expect from Hot Spring Spas.

For the best results, always purchase replacement cartridges through an authorized Hot Spring Spas dealer.
