Well my problem is
If I opened a BBQ Trailed Catering Business Restaurant
For me to cook how I want to, need to
It will NOT be cheap
It will not be be easy
It will not be fast

Good Tasty Healthy Food Takes Time, Money Energy Dedication

But I am trying to learn how to do my style of food faster, but I am not going Cheaper

These will take 12 hours plus to do it My Way, Southern Greatness at its Finest.

Boiled Collards Are Not Deeply Flavorful
Low Slow Cooked Collards with Pot Liquor is what is true good down home southern flavor
And the smoke flavor from 4 hours on smoke is FABULOUS
Next time 5-6 smoke then to the crock pot for a low and slow finish
I am thinking a total of 12 hours for absolute fabulous completion

We are doing It and with all stops removed
Myself and Bubba Pugh are upping are BBQ game for all those at Calvary Virginia Beach
He and I and doing two BBQ Cook Schools
Kevin Collett is going with us to: BBQ Cook School on February 20-22 - 2026
Then Bubba and I go for Old Time " Memories Class " on April 10-12 - 2026
If you all thought we already had fabulous BBQ, well, Well just wait
Bubba and I will combine our knowledge with that of Myron Mixon, and then Blow Your Socks Off,
You all just wait, with Bubba, Kevin Collett, and myself with the education from Myron Mixon,
WE will have you waiting 3-6-8-12 hours for our BBQ

I wanted to share my thoughts regarding AI. Historically, I haven't been a fan, and I still find many applications unappealing.

However, I am really enjoying using ChatGPT for editing my reports, notices, and other documents. The $60 annual fee is truly worth it for the value I receive.
