This 2nd gen came in after being hit from behind on the freeway. What would’ve been considered a collision shop “Total” because of bent hangars, ended up here as a suspension upgrade and a truck as good as new!

Once the old hangars were off we had to give the frame som love to align and lower a couple of bent areas. After some straightening, we installed new Archive Garage Suspension Hammer Hangars, some ICON Vehicle Dynamics RXT Leaf Springs, And a new Bilstein Shock Absorbers 5100.
•

The axle somehow stayed straight after snapping the factory leaf pack off on both sides.
This was a fun one and I’m happy we were able to keep this truck from hitting the parts lot!

This trucks have become a passion, and in that passion I’ve been trying to find more ways to incorporate them into Overland Warehouse, besides bulletproofing them etc.

Well, I am happy to announce we now do FICM tuning! You no longer have to pay a huge deposit, wait for the mail to come, and send the unit back!
•
No matter which tune you choose, we will tune your FICM for 475.00 out the door! That includes the licensing.

Busy weekend around here with no days off as usual 😀

Saturday wrapped up a 3rd gen with some Performance Elites and some Uppers. Truck is coming back and we will be installing some Baja Boss A/T’s
•
The yesterday another third gen came in and we installed the take of from 4Runner that we longtraveled. His son now has some nice suspension as well!
Also installed the 285’s he had onto the Tacoma as well since he is now on 35’s!
•
Great weekend packed with some cool jobs!
•

Wrapped up this LT kit today. Took way longer than anticipated due to some maching issues etc but got it dialed!

Also built the long travel axle assemblies and of course only use factory style clamps.
•
Added some spindle gussets and 2.5 coilovers. This truck should be ready for some fun!
