Scale buildup is the #1 cause of ice machine failure — in both commercial kitchens and high-end homes. It starts small: slower ice production, smaller or misshapen cubes. Left alone scale buildup can cause a lot of problems leading to very expensive repairs. A routine descaling and sanitization cycle is the cheapest insurance your ice machine has. Setting up a regular descaling and sanitization every 6 months and then a deeper annual cleaning will prolong the life of the ice machine.

We are now adding True Manufacturing residential and commercial products to our factory authorized brands for repair services. We are also adding Manitowoc ice machines as distributor authorized for repair services. Meaning we can process warranties on these brands along with Subzero, Wolf, Cove, LG refrigeration, & Scotsman residential ice machines. We are also offering repair services for Viking refrigeration that no longer carries a warranty, and other commercial products like ice machines, coolers, freezers, & refrigerators outside of the brands listed for manufacturer authorized brand list.
