🛝Start with your big items. Ride on toys, baby swings, pack n plays play houses, kitchens etc. 🛵

They sell the quickest, they are highly sought after, they are easier to prep, and they bring in more bang for your buck.

Yes, toys, clothes and shoes are also highly sought after but consider how many of those things you see at the sale….they aren’t your higher value items.

All it requires is for you clean up said item and tag. Done!
