Working on a new way of decorating my spoons called Kolrosing. Basically you make a fine cut in the wood, then fill it in with a fine cinnamon powder. After applying a finish the cinnamon stays permanently. Kolrosing means “coal writing” - but obviously don’t want to use coal on a spoon you may eat with!

I am making some wood bookmarks as well to practice the technique.
