Do you love fashion, connecting with people, and being part of a fun, encouraging team? We may be looking for you!

We’re hiring one or two retail sales associates to help primarily with Saturdays and possible Sundays, along with flexible weekday hours for special events, pop-ups, and busy shopping days.

We’re looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and genuinely enjoys people
✨ Self-motivated and willing to jump in wherever needed
✨ Dependable and hardworking
✨ Is comfortable being in and creating social media content
✨ Available most Saturdays and/or Sundays

✨ A little peek inside Rev 320 ✨

While in Olivia, MN this weekend, I finally got to visit my friend Tina’s beautiful store, Rev 320. 🤍

As a fellow boutique owner, I know how much heart and hard work goes into a space like this—and Tina has truly created something special. Every corner is thoughtfully curated and full of beautiful finds.

One of my favorite parts of owning Magnolia North is the friendships I’ve made with other small business owners. It’s so fun to cheer each other on and support one another’s dreams. 🫶

Tina, your store is absolutely beautiful, and I’m so glad I finally got to see it in person!

If you’re ever in Olivia, Minnesota, be sure to stop into Rev 320 and say hi to Tina! 🛍️✨And if Olivia isn’t on your route, you might just find Tina coming to you!
