Gina's Happy Home brings my lifelong love of crafting & decorating to you. Since I was a little girl I enjoyed making crafts with my late grandmother (naun) and her lady friends. When my husband & I got married my late grandfather (lovingly known as "Grumps") gave me a subscription to Better Homes & Gardens for Christmas; 27 years later I am still a subscriber. Grumps also bought me a subscription to a business start-up magazine 25 years ago as he believed I would someday be fulfilling my wish to own a small business. As a stay at home mom, for many years I operated a home-based gift basket business until we decided to have our 2nd child. As a young child, our now 24-year-old daughter & I would watch HGTV together (she graduated college w/ a degree in Interior Architecture). Crafting with our daughters has always been a favorite hobby; they are so creative & excellent teachers! Our youngest daughter lives by the motto "hot glue it" & never ceases to amaze us with her fearless, "natural talents"...she can put me to shame every time! I have always enjoyed creating a home that is cozy, comfortable & welcoming. Decorating for the holidays & creating themed parties for our children's birthdays and various other celebrations throughout the year has always been a hobby that has created many happy memories for us, our family & our friends. I believe a house is a "home" when your family has pizza & a movie in the living room, makes a bowling alley in the hallway, sets up a "craft station" at any table & can curl up anywhere they'd like with a book & blanket & a dog; it's a place where family & friends feel they are always welcome to "put their feet up & stay a while"! I am so happy to now share my style & designs with all of you! Thanks to my extremely supportive husband & daughters the time has come for me to "jump in" & chase my dream! I look forward to sharing this journey with my family & friends. I look forward to making new friends along the way as well as learning something new & inspiring from everyone who visits my shop. I especially look forward to hearing stories of how my products added to the comforts & joy of your home! Thanks for taking time to stop by! Visit often, there's always something new to see! It’s all about trivets & pumpkin this time of year so I am well stocked up with both this weekend at the North Haven Fair.
Trivets for fall & even Christmas, many with matching coaster sets too!
Pumpkin Chai, Pumpkin Caramel Crunch, Pumpkin Bourbon & of course Pumpkin Spice Latte candles are available for those of us who could never have too much pumpkin!

When the shelves are this bare, it's a sign the end of summer is near.
Fall will be taking over soon, but you can still find your favorite summer scents Polished Beauty & Gift Boutique, LLC, Books & Co. and Dragonfly W**e & Spirits
I will have a few summer scents with me this weekend Southington Coffee House and Kinsmen Brewing,but fall favorites will be taking center stage. Did I hear Pumpkin & Apple Pie?
