Tomorrow is Fairytale Boutique's 2nd Anniversary party! While I will be out of town this weekend, owner Miki will be holding raffles and a coordinate contest during the event!

Attention - Honey Biscuit Brooch Owners:

Hey guys,

Thanks for following along with me and Dearie for the past couple of years! I always appreciate seeing photos of worn items and seeing people at craft fair events!

It has come to my attention that the glaze that I use on the Honey Biscuit Brooches has unfortunately not held up for some customers' brooches. Though I do note that all items should be handled with care, it was never my intention to sell a product that would fall apart simply with regular wear and weather exposure. :(

At this time, I am offering to replace Honey Biscuit Brooches for any customer that has purchased one in the past! I do ask that customers who decide to do this send their old one back as proof of purchase so that I can send you a new one. However, I do want to look for a better medium for sealing the biscuits for better long-term wear. As such, I will start collecting brooches from now until August 30, 2014* and will be sending out your replacement brooch later into the summer. I apologize that I cannot promise this quicker, as I am relocating for work, but definitely want to make the situation right once I am settled.

Hey guys! In a little more than a week's time, I'll be at Anime Matsuri Convention in Houston, Texas! I'll be at the Artist Alley on SATURDAY, 3/15 and SUNDAY, 3/16 for a good part of each day!

The Artist Alley will be located in the Exhibit Hall area on the 1st floor and Dearie will be sharing some space with Noelle of Visual Heroine!

Last question -- If there's anything on the Dearie web shop that you're looking to buy at AM, please let me know!

It'll give me an idea of what items to bring.

Hello in 2014!

For the month of December, I packed, fulfilled, and shipped more Dearie packages than any other month in 2013! *whew!* Now that the holidays are over, I do have a couple of announcements (some good, some not-so-awesome) --

SHIPPING: Shipping prices have gone up unfortunately. :( Flat rate shipping in the U.S. is now $5 USD per order and $14 USD per international order. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way last week that you can no longer send a 1 ounce envelope for $7 USD (what I had originally been charging for international shipping), let alone an actual box! So there was no other choice, especially when each international box turned out to be ~$13-$14 USD to ship...

HONEY BISCUIT BROOCHES: Random update -- I have 5 more in wine red added to the online store (http://dearie-love.com). These will be the last 5 that I add until post March, so if you've been wanting to purchase one, this is your chance. Which leads me to...
