WHEN SHOULD YOU ORDER FOR AN EVENT?

The short answer: earlier than you think! 😉

If you have an event coming up, here’s a good rule of thumb:

👕 Custom Apparel: 3–4+ weeks before
This gives us time to finalize your design, order the apparel, decorate everything & have it ready before your event.

🧢 Hats & Patches: 4–6+ weeks before
Custom patches and embroidered hats can require a little extra production time, especially when patches need to be made first.

🎁 Promotional Products: 3–6+ weeks before
Promo items come from lots of different suppliers, so ordering early gives you more product options and helps avoid rush shipping.

🏕️ Banners, Tents & Event Displays: 2–3+ weeks before
This gives us time to finalize your design, get everything approved & allow for production and shipping before your event.

🛍️ Online Storefronts: 4–6+ weeks before
This allows time to get your store set up, give your group time to shop, close the store & have all of the orders produced before your event.

Screen Print, DTF, or Embroidery… what’s the difference? 🤔

There are a few different ways we can get your logo onto apparel, and the best option isn’t always the same for every logo or every order!

👕 SCREEN PRINT
Screen printing uses ink that is pushed through a screen directly onto the garment. It’s a great option for larger quantities and designs with fewer colors. It gives you that classic, smooth printed look you see on a lot of tees and sweatshirts.

🎨 DTF (Direct to Film)
DTF allows us to print your design in full color onto a special film and then heat press it onto the garment. It’s especially great for detailed logos, lots of colors, gradients and smaller quantities; more cost effects at times when screen printing may not make as much sense.

🧵 EMBROIDERY
Instead of ink, your logo is actually stitched into the garment with thread. Embroidery gives you a more dimensional, professional look and works especially well on polos, jackets, quarter-zips and workwear.

✨ BONUS: How do you know which one is best for YOUR logo?

That depends!

We look at things like:
• How detailed your logo is
• How many colors it has
• What item it’s going on
• How many pieces you need
• The look and feel you’re going for

Sometimes a logo that looks amazing screen printed won’t translate as well to embroidery — and vice versa!

The good news? You don’t have to know which one you need. 🙌
