Hello, my name is Giovanna Trentanelli-Webb, owner of Retro By Gio, I’m a proud wife and mother living a vintage lifestyle in a modern world. I’m infatuated about the simplicity of life, values and fashions of the 1940’s & 50’s, all of which play a big part in my life and my Rockabilly / Pin-up bravura. I’m crazy about antiques and I enjoy doing DIM (did it myself) projects and decorating for the holidays. While I appreciate all things vintage I am lovesick for collectable kitchen items and pretty textiles / linens. Coming from a big Sicilian family one would understand why the “cucina” is the most important room in the house; it’s the room we gather to visit, eat good food and enjoy having a few spirits. To me nothing feels better than baking a yummy treat or cooking a nice meal in a cheerful kitchen decorated with colorful kitchen gadgets and pretty textiles & linens throughout. Over the years I’ve collected an array of retro/vintage/collectable kitchen objects and have handmade several fun and unique items all in preparation for my little business “Retro By Gio”.
