My only problem was finding one that was made from organic ingredients without using essential oils. I have asthma so most anything with a forceful scent aggravates my breathing. That's when I decided to do some research and make my own. All of my scrubs are handmade to order using only organic food ingredients. No chemicals, soaps or essential oils. The heavenly scent you smell from these scrubs

comes from only spices and extracts. You can literally eat these scrubs and be just fine(although I wouldn't suggest it as they would probably make you gain weight). The Benefits of Homemade Sugar Scrub

Homemade sugar scrub is a natural way to soften, exfoliate and freshen up the skin.. Sugar has a fine texture that gently exfoliates the skin without leaving harmful residue that can clog pores. The oils in scrubs have moisturizing properties that prevents the skin from drying out. It is safe to use even on children’s sensitive skin and to soothe chapped lips. This beautiful stray cat has become my buddy. She comes up for scritches every time she sees me outside. We named her Queenie. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats so I can’t adopt her. I break out every time I pet her, but it’s worth it in small amounts.

I walked outside and noticed these little mushrooms beginning to form a circle in the grass. It isn’t complete yet, but you can already see the shape starting to appear. 🌿🧚‍♀️

These are known as fairy circles, or fairy rings, and they’ve been surrounded by folklore for centuries.

🌙 In old European folklore, fairy rings were said to mark places where fairies gathered and danced at night. Some legends warned people never to step inside, while others believed the circles marked places where the veil between our world and the fairy realm was a little thinner.

🍄 The scientific explanation is pretty amazing too. The mushrooms we see are only the fruiting bodies of a much larger fungal network beneath the soil. As that fungus grows outward, mushrooms can begin popping up around its expanding edge, eventually creating a ring.

And apparently, mine is just getting started. 👀✨

Now I’m absolutely going to be watching to see if the circle keeps growing and eventually closes.

In medieval Europe, rumors spread that black cats were tied to witchcraft and nighttime mischief simply because they were harder to see in the dark.
