To all of my friends, family and followers of this platform.
I am starting a new business venture. I have bought a food trailer with Sean Gall .
It is a culinary aspiration we both have been wanting to build upon and achieve.
We will be creating Artisan Yak burgers and tacos from our ranch.
Farm to table, taking it to shows and festivals as well as in Canon City.
Super stoked to offer a highly nutritious and succulent tasting experience for the peeps!

Today I officially closed Highland Lake Herbals LLC with the DOS in PA.
A bit of tears to an ending, onto climbing new stairs, new bridges and beginnings....

Came home and stuffed a chicken with the wild ramps, violets, purple dead nettle and strawberry leaves....
