📣 JUNK JOURNAL CLUB SUPPLY CALL! ✂️📚💜

Our Junk Journal Club has been busy creating, cutting, gluing, layering and making all kinds of beautiful messes, which means our community supply stash could use a little refresh!

If you’re cleaning out your craft room, scrapbook stash, junk drawer, or that bin of paper goodies you swore you were going to use someday… we would LOVE to give them a new life! ♻️✨

We’re looking for donations of things like:

📄 Scrapbook & decorative paper
✂️ Paper scraps and interesting bits & bobs
🏷️ Stickers, labels, tags & embellishments
💌 Old greeting cards & postcards
📚 Vintage book pages, magazines & paper
🎟️ Tickets, maps, envelopes & ephemera
🎀 Ribbon, lace, trims & fabric scraps
🖍️ Other journaling or scrapbooking supplies

Nothing has to match and nothing has to be fancy. The weird little odds and ends are sometimes our FAVORITE things to create with! 😂

Our Junk Journal Club is completely FREE to attend, and having a shared supply stash helps make sure everyone has plenty to dig through and create with.

Somehow, all these years later, we went from little girls playing together to setting up our businesses at the same market. 💜 Childhood best friends reunited as vendors at Fall in the Woods!

After yesterday’s little battle with Mother Nature 😂☔️ we are back for Day 2 of Fall in the Woods!

Praying the weather is in our favor today because we are READY for a good market day! 🙏🏻☀️🍂

If you were at Fall in the Woods today and bought from The Sage and Honey Homestead, help them out! All of their payments failed today! So much money, hard-work, and product - gone 🥲 my heart breaks for them!

‼️ S&H FALL IN THE WOODS CUSTOMERS ATTENTION 🚨

Due to limited service, our Square terminal had a malfunction and declined ALL of our card sales between 9:00-11:00 AM. I got notified all at once our device reconnected but I have no way to access customer info for declined payments.

If you’re at Fall In The Woods and paid with a card between the hours of 9:00-11:00, please please please stop back by our booth so we can process your payment or contact me at (440)476-0209. This would be a significant amount of inventory for us to lose out on 😞

JK. Apparently the Wicked Witch is NOT the only featured journal coming to Fall in the Woods. 😂🍓📚

I finished this one and immediately knew she deserved her own moment too.

Made from a vintage Favorite Nursery Rhymes book, this journal is giving me all the cozy, nostalgic, grandma’s-kitchen-in-the-best-way vibes. 🍓🌼

She is THICK. She is lacy. She has vintage fabrics, trims, charms, little treasures tucked throughout, and yes… a whole vintage doll hanging from the spine. Because why wouldn’t she?! 😂

I absolutely love taking an old book that already has so much character and turning it into something completely one of a kind.

So I lied. There are officially TWO featured journals coming with me this weekend. 😂

25 years later, and I still remember where I was.

I was in first grade, sitting in the computer lab. I remember my teacher crying and saying, “This is real. This is not a movie.”

I was so young. I didn’t understand what was happening or why the adults around me were so scared. I couldn’t possibly understand the weight of what we were watching.

As I got older, I understood more and more just how much that day changed our country and so many lives forever.

Today, I think about the lives lost, the families who never got to see their loved ones come home, and the first responders who ran toward something everyone else was running from.

It’s strange how a memory from first grade can stay so clear 25 years later.

Okayyyy, she has ARRIVED. 🧙🏻‍♀️💚✨

For every big market, I try to make one featured journal that’s a little extra, a little over-the-top, and completely one of a kind.

For Fall in the Woods this weekend, it had to be the Wicked Witch of the West. 💚🖤

This one is CHUNKY and packed full of all the good stuff. Vintage-inspired pages, lace, ribbons, charms, pockets, ephemera, and of course, that little witch hanging from the spine because apparently subtlety was never an option. 😂

There is only ONE of her, and she’ll be coming with me to Fall in the Woods this weekend! 🍂

I cannot wait for you guys to see all the little details in person. The pictures don’t even show half of what’s tucked inside. 👀✨
