Let me tell ya bout my best friend! 🍋

💛 Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis)//cooling + drying//nervine, antispasmodic, antiviral, carminative, antioxidant

The uses are endless with this easy to grow, prolific beauty high in volatile oils (i.e., it smells good).

🌀 As a nervine, lemon balm calms the nerves and supports an ease in tension, spasticity, and pent up stress.

🤧 As an antiviral, we can support viral infections that present as skin eruptions or blisters.

⚡️As an antispasmodic, soothing effects can be found from the GI to the urinary tract.

🫖 Infuse fresh lemon balm in cool, filtered water, and let basque in the sunshine all day for a solar infusion and enjoy up to 4 times daily.

🍵 Infused 1 tbsp dried herb in 4oz warm water for 5 minutes.

🔮Create a tincture with fresh herb and 100 proof alcohol of your choice 1:2. Shake gently daily for 4-6 weeks, strain, and bottle. 2-4mL up to 4x daily.

Mid summer always brings us bookoos (beaucoups?) of aromatics like bee balm, lemon balm, wild mint, and yarrow.

We love these fields on the farm because we didn’t plant any of this! There are tons of our favorite “weeds” that just grow wild here, as if they knew I needed them.

You will find the majority of our offerings include these wildcrafted herbs—never touched by chemicals and mindfully harvested at their peak for highest medicinal quality.
