💛 JUST CHECKING IN — One More Thing...

Our Just Checking In campaign may be coming to an end, but checking in on the people we care about shouldn’t.

It shouldn’t happen only on an awareness day.
It shouldn’t happen only when we know someone is struggling.
And it definitely doesn’t require flowers.

If someone has been on your mind lately, reach out.

Send the text.
Make the call.
Knock on the door.
Sit down and stay awhile.

You don’t have to have the perfect words. Sometimes simply saying, “You’ve been on my mind. How are you doing?” is enough to start a conversation.

That was the heart behind JUST CHECKING IN from the beginning.
